Why have you decided to make the changes?

In terms of the change regarding indigenous rights, I decided to make the change because I want the least amount of confusion as possible. From some of the responses I have gotten, some of our people have a hard time wrapping their head around the fact that we are indigenous people, eligible for indigenous rights, such as autonomy.
